The Special Events and Curriculum Committees invite you to attend the annual WALLA Picnic at 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 25, 2016.

It will be held at the St. Lawrence Church Social Hall. This is located at 19th and Meharry St. in Lafayette.

To tempt you, we will be enjoying the fried chicken dinner which is catered by D&R. Great Harvest bread generously provides their delicious bread. Your choice of lemonade, iced tea, or bottled water will also be served.

As in past years, the highlight of this event will be the distribution of the brochures for the fall classes. There will be co-ordinators and presenters telling us about these classes and encouraging us to attend.

See the flyer enclosed in this newsletter for all the information and the registration form for the picnic. Please send your reservations in as soon as possible so we can make sure there is enough food for everyone, even that last person to go through the line! We are looking forward to seeing all of you there.

Picnic reservation or cancellation deadline is August 17th.
